    Based in Berkshire, we farm Pedigree Highland cattle accross the home counties. Our herd grazes freely on wild pastures, eating only fresh grass and conserved forage. This organic diet, combined with the Highland breed’s natural marbling, creates beef that’s rich, tender and full of character.

    Our Meat and products are expertly curated to make small pleasures feel like big moments.
